Davoth should be more powerful than the Khan Maykr, Samur, the Icon of Sin, the entire Titan population, and pretty much everything else in the Doom universe, probably combined. Even in his weakened state, he threatens "all of existence" and VEGA literally says he is the strongest among the demons.
Davoth is intended to be much more powerful than anything we've seen in the Doom universe thus far.
